Pop-up restaurant nights are a fantastic opportunity for us to show off our farm’s produce at it’s best. This menu is inspired by our recent travels across Peru. From the Pacific coast, into the Andes mountains and finally down into the Amazonian jungle. We hope to bring you a flavour of authentic Peruvian cooking which highlights the biodiveristy of this amazing country. Most of the vegetables in the menu are sown, grown and harvested by us at Falkland Kitchen Farm. The meat and fish are supplied by some of Fife’s best producers. The dining experience will be a relaxed and social one at communal tables, with each table holding up to 7 guests. We will provide glasses for you to bring your own bottle on the night with no corkage charged. Our March menu is priced at £30 per person which is payable in cash on the night.
