Pop-up restaurant nights are a fantastic opportunity for us to show off our farm’s produce at it’s best. This menu is inspired by our recent travels across Peru. From the Pacific coast, into the Andes mountains and finally down into the Amazonian jungle. We hope to bring you a flavour of authentic Peruvian cooking which highlights the biodiveristy of this amazing country. Most of the vegetables in the menu are sown, grown and harvested by us at Falkland Kitchen Farm. The meat and fish are supplied by some of Fife’s best producers. We have also brought home some fantastic ingredients from our travels for you to try!
Bowhouse holds regular food markets throughout the year — inviting the best local growers, producers, makers and street food vendors to join them as they open their doors to a hungry East Neuk public from 10am till 4pm on a Saturday and Sunday. This is an occasional market — an opportunity to see, discuss, taste and buy food and drink made in the East Neuk of Fife and beyond. We will be serving up lots of lovely organic meals and salad boxes all made with produce from the farm!
Come along to this hands-on and informative workshop where we will make delicious salads using organic seasonal produce from the farm. No experience is necessary.
